I stayed in old common road for 3 months, the house is nice and equipped with more air conditioning, excellent location less than 10 minutes from the beach, i highly reccomend this accomodation!!

The place feels a lot like home, Michael the Landlord is very polite, chill, and caring for everything we faced. He always answers to our problems and gets it fixed as soon as possible. The house itself is clean, contain various kitchen wares to cook easily, is very close to an airport, beach, and bus stops. The neighborhood feels and is safe. I’ve stayed in the house with my girlfriend for 6 months and will still continue to stay further. Thank you very much, Michael.👍

The place on South Townsville was beautiful — an ideal unit for couples or solo travelers, conveniently located near the city center. Miguel was always available and helpful throughout our stay, and we had no issues with the payment or bond. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking to enjoy Townsville.
